Accountability & Self- Awareness Group
Description: This group is for anyone who is ready to make a change by putting themselves first. The ideal group member have major changes they want to make and need assistance with accountability and support. An example might be someone who is burnt out, exhausted from doing from others, over working, doesn't have time and space for themselves, is unbalanced, unhappy with where their live is, is unsure where their life is going, and has a hard time saying NO. Monthly members will have the opportunity to check in with their process and receive feedback, encouragement and suggestions from the other members. Goals and action steps will be created with each group member and together we will help each member meet their goal. Also, each week a new goal will be posted to challenge you in the area of self-awareness. Each week you will be asked to journal and share your experience from the challenge.

Fundamental strategies for becoming more self-aware and creating behavioral changes to help you reach your goals will be taught and shared. Members will receive honest feedback.
Target Audience: This experience is for anyone interested in creating a new chapter in their life and needing the support and structure to make it happen. This is designed to assist members in identifying obstacles and strategies to overcome the obstacles.
Membership: Membership is voluntary and requires a small investment of $50 a month. We require that you commit to a minimum of 4 months. This group is valued at $120 a month.
