Creole Salmon Pasta w/ Garlic Cream Sauce

I love to make easy, fresh, quick meals. It's no secrete Salmon is one of my favorite meals. This easy recipe is sure to make you feel warm and tingly on the inside. Give it a try and don't forget to leave a comment to let me know how you did. 

How to Make Cajun Salmon Pasta
  • Remove salon from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before cooking to bring them close to room temperature.
  • Pat dry with paper towel to prevent sticking, allowing the outsides to crisp evenly while cooking.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet before adding your fillets and make sure your pan is nice and hot.
  • Season just before cooking to prevent drawing out moisture and drying out your fish.
  • Coat salmon in fresh salt & pepper and Tony's Creole salt free seasoning;
  • Sear the salmon on both sides in a hot skillet for 2 minutes/side;
  • Take the fish out of the pan and set aside. 
Sauce for Salmon
  • Leave the juices in the pan after searing your fillets…that’s where all of the flavor is! 
  • On med to low heat, melt some butter,
  • Add the red onion, tons of fresh garlic (to your taste, I use the whole bulb), let cook for 1 to 2 min, add spinach and toss until wilted.
  • Pour in the cream, add Creole seasoning, black pepper and pinch of sea salt to taste, let simmer for 2 to 3 min;
  • Add parmesan cheese (as much as you want), & stir,
  • Add salmon back in, turn heat to low, let simmer for 2 to 3 min,
  • Boil any pasta you like. strain pasta well. 
  • Toss in your pasta, top with extra cheese if you like
  • Eat!​
